The Marian Rose Foundation is registered with SARS as a Public Benefit Organisation and is B-BBEE verified. The Marian Rose Foundation is able to issue Section 18A Tax Certificates providing tax benefits to companies and individual donors.

Companies donating 1% of more of their profits to The Marian Rose Foundation can earn BBBEE points on the socio-economic scorecard.
